We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing & Executive Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a blend of administrative support, content creation, digital marketing, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities, ranging from executive assistance to marketing strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support for CEO:
- Manage day-to-day executive administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing email correspondence.
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and handle other clerical duties as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage the CEO’s professional and personal schedule.
2. Content Creation:
- Lead the creation, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends to produce relevant and engaging content.
3. Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing and scheduling posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
- Develop strategies to grow social media following and increase brand awareness.
4. Digital Marketing Support:
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, managing contact lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve online visibility.
5. Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
- Compile insights and recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making processes.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
- Assist in compiling and analyzing reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and other key marketing metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and strategies.
8. Lead Generation:
- Identify and understand the target audience, including demographics, needs, and behaviors, to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Utilize content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO strategies to attract potential leads.
- Capture leads through landing pages, sign-up forms, and other methods while offering valuable incentives (e.g., free e-books, discounts).
- Nurture leads through follow-up communications, personalized content, and direct outreach, guiding them through the sales funnel.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing & executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working in marketing agencies in the US.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Professional level of English proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Must reside in Guadalajara due to the hybrid work arrangement.
