POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Retail Store Sales Representative at ROM, you'll be a valuable part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our store daily. Your primary responsibilities will include helping members, visitors, and shoppers choose the right products and handling their payments accurately. You'll also play an essential role in maintaining attractive merchandise displays that align with ROM Retail guidelines while ensuring items are safely packaged for customers. In addition, you'll warmly greet customers and assist with managing the Cash Desk lines when needed. Providing information about the ROM galleries and merchandise and offering directions within the museum will also be part of your role. It's essential to stay updated on current exhibitions and ROM retail products, actively promoting them to our visitors. Above all, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere in the store, authentically representing the ROM's brand through exceptional retail sales and service.
