Provide oversight of all field operations and management • Foster and enhance public recognition of the company through: o Projecting a favorable image of the company o Promoting corporate goals and objectives o Upholding all of its areas of endeavor • Maintain professional relationships with vendors and subcontractors for the purpose of the successful completion of projects • Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development • Performs all necessary supervisor functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned: o Maintains a qualified staff o Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned o Recommends salary adjustments, transfers, promotions and terminations o Ensures proper training of personnel assigned o Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working environment to maximize employee morale and productivity o Develops individuals for future advancement • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness • Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules (according to state license requirements) and Company Guidelines • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested Essential Duties: • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company polices to achieve the overall objectives of this position • Ensures compliance with Company policies • Confers with Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officers, and Vice President of Operations to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions • Establish challenging targets for improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery and employee relations • Review analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward goals and objectives • Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate • Manage Operating Budget and Profit & Loss statements • Keeps direct reports promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken • Determine operations headcount needs Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Oil (Upstream) experience is a must • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Professional management and leadership • Must be highly motivated with good communication skills and capable of leadership by example • Ability to manage projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities • Works well with management, peers and subordinates • Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff • Problem analysis and problem resolution • High performance teams and a strong team player • Ability to plan, develop and implement growth strategies • Ability to travel as needed • Computer proficiency
