About the Role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Compliance Administrative Assistant at our client's waterfront office in Camden, NJ.
In this Temp-Perm role, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to internal and external clients, executives, officers, and other colleagues. Your responsibilities will encompass report compilation, project work, and coordinating department workflow, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our team.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and staff, handling routine inquiries and issues with sensitivity, maturity, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics for staff and preparing necessary materials, including scheduling calendars.
- Compile information, prepare reports, manage projects, and maintain follow-up systems to ensure timely project completion.
- Respond promptly to internal or external customer calls, identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate department for assistance.
- Prepare and compose professional correspondence, taking initiative to draft clear and concise documents.
- Anticipate and prepare materials for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and phone calls, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Monitor and distribute correspondence and incoming mail, maintaining organized filing systems and office supplies.
- Collaborate in the formulation of policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing personal knowledge of tasks and procedures.
- Prepare minutes for departmental meetings, capturing key discussions and action items.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of departmental policies, procedures, and other areas of the organization.
- Serve as a backup for support staff at all levels, ensuring continuous coverage and support.
- Attend various meetings weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly, contributing to effective decision-making and collaboration.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative support position, preferably in a compliance-related environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
- Demonstrated professional demeanor, reliability, and integrity in personal interactions.
