QA Engineer

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will work directly with our QA Manager and the rest of the team to ensure our innovative telehealth platform delivers a seamless and error-free experience to our users.

We are looking to expand our team, seeking those with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products in the health-tech industry.

Our platform is designed to provide entrepreneurs, doctors, physicians, and influencers a platform to launch their own DTC telehealth brand. The comany is a software company in the health-tech industry, dedicated to revolutionizing the way people manage their health and wellness through advanced, user-friendly technology. Our mission is to provide accessible and personalized healthcare experiences powered by software solutions.

We are looking for someone to assist our QA team in various roles over the summer.

• Assist in the design and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in the software.
• Work closely with the development team to understand product changes and their impact on the user experience.
• Help design and run QA meetings, contributing to a culture that focuses on delivering high-quality software.
• Participate in the troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
• Support the coordination and execution of user acceptance testing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for improving testing processes and strategies.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of a fast-growing startup, including product development, customer support, and sales and marketing.

Requirements

• You have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, startup environment.
• You can work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Previous coursework or experience in software testing, computer science, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
