##1 - 3 years of troubleshooting experience with hardware or software customer services 
##Knowledge of Operative Services (windows, Ubuntu, MacOS)

##Good communication skills.

##Team collaboration
##Advanced English
--responsibilities==You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: 
##Inventory administration of company assets such as computers, monitors and other equipment
##Resolve issues with computer hardware or software
##Respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications and help resolve these issues for users providing an excellent service
##Access point administration  
##Assist and resolve IT related issues for users
##Licence, software and credentials administration   
##Computer and software maintenance   
##Firewall administration  
##G suite and Office 365 administration
##Management and administration of company devices
##Provide technical support when needed
