--main description== We are looking for a People Analytics Analyst responsible for handling and organizing data, and generating reports to inform decisions made around our people and talent.

##Studying or with Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar relevant field.

##Deep quantitative and qualitative analysis on people data, with proven business insight and judgment.
##Willing to learn and flexible to changes.
##Results-oriented, strategic thinker.

##Descriptive statistics management.
##Strong Power BI and knowledge and data organization skills.
##Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Zendesk or Jira.
##Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (desirable).
##Identifying and prioritizing key business value drivers.
##Strong work ethic and values and ability to motivate oneself in a remote working environment.
##Self-starter comfortable initiating and leading programs.
##Exposed to confidential information, so needs to be a trusted owner of people data.
##Exceptional logic and arithmetic skills.
##Ability to present value in front of executives.
##Strategic thinking to improve the implementation of new indicators
--responsibilities==You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
##Analyze data, gathering insights to guide decision making and propose innovative strategies for business eficiency.
##Organize people data from different sources and systems.
##Generate reports to answer strategic questions around our Talent Acquisition funnel and processes.
##Manage analytics around all the People Experience programs to ensure that the feedback. loop is understandable and actionable so that the programs remain valuable.
##Selecting and establishing use of databases.
##Creating people data sets and aligning them to wider organizational data sets.
##Make sure the data is reported in a transparent, accessible, and useful way.
