Specific qualifications for the role include:

Minimum Bachelor's degree
Minimum 8 years progressive software systems programming experience, of which 5+ years' experience of .NET server programming using Microsoft Stack technologies.
Stong knowledge of .NET and a wide range of Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Web API, REST services, SQL Server, SSRS, and Entity Framework.
Experience working within Agile Scrum.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated experience contributing to development projects.
Detailed knowledge of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Understanding of multi-tier distributed software architectures, concurrent programming concepts, multi-threaded applications, and design patterns.
Extensive knowledge of business requirements gathering, architecting, designing and developing complex web-based applications and re-engineering products.
Working knowledge of relational databases and T-SQL.
Experience with advanced XML technologies and API's such as XSD.
Experience with Web Services, Web API, and related standards such as SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI.
In-depth knowledge of infrastructure security.
Working knowledge of large enterprise with a significantly distributed infrastructure.
Working knowledge of data mapping, extraction, data migration, decision support systems, data marts/data warehousing and relational and dimensional modeling.
Working knowledge of process stabilization, performance analysis, code optimization and testing of web application and data-engineering products.
Working knowledge of health care claims and health insurance industry preferred.
Working knowledge of project management and execution of multiple projects.
