Independently performs analysis and review of findings within multiple areas of expertise. Recommends changes and collaborates with various business units to revise testing and change control programs Partners with the businesses to coordinate deliverables required for audit. Supports several business units and serves as backup for other testers. Requires broader business knowledge. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience req 1-2 years Experience with the respective business line or function Working knowledge of business functions and general compliance knowledge.

We are looking for individuals with the ability to research/review document artifacts and text-mine through records for specific evidence/details.

The skills needed are as follows:

• Research driven analyst with a strong sense of curiosity along with the innate ability to uncover answers beyond superficial layers.
• Ability to recognize and identify information as relevant and applicable.
• Ability to exercise judgment and draw conclusions from information that is often ambiguous, ill-defined, or partially complete.
• Ability to synthesize information for the purposes of creating "first drafts” and working documents.
• Analyst will research available sources, identify appropriate verifiable artifacts, i.e. documents, historic PPT presentations, emails, etc. and synthesize information in order to uncover and demonstrate root causes that influence an existing process. Resulting work will be insightful and serve to provide suggestions and recommendations for process improvements at the global level for a complex and highly interdependent and layered reporting process.
• Organization and accuracy are extremely important.
• Ability to work with a sense of quickness and responsiveness. Work will be deadline oriented requiring the need to prioritize and exercise strong time management.
