At Wealth.com, we are a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and user-centered design. We’re seeking a talented Product Designer with a strong UI/UX background. Huge plus with experience building, documenting, and maintaining design systems. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing design systems that enhance user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with design leadership and product management to design new experiences, and creatively sold problems for our users. Qualifications we’re looking for:
- Design System Development: Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, including UI components, patterns, and guidelines that ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- User-Centered Design: Apply user research and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions to improve usability and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate design system components into product features and ensure seamless handoff to development teams.
- Prototyping & Wire framing: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders.
- Documentation: Document design system components, guidelines, and best practices to ensure clarity and ease of use for internal teams.
- Quality Assurance: Review and test design implementations to ensure they meet design specifications and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the design system current and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating and implementing design systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and responsive design.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly with stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Education: Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Bonus points for:
- Experience designing with front-end development in mind
- Comfortable with creating responsive designs
- Previous experience in designing for SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices.
