Are you an innovative and creative Architectural Designer looking to make a significant impact on diverse projects?
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and transforming ideas into reality, creating architectural plans, and turning visions into architectural masterpieces for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with our team to develop architectural plans and intricate design details for a variety of projects, ranging from commercial to industrial to residential.
· Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, Autodesk Architecture, and/or Revit to produce detailed drawings and documents. Knowledge of ArchiCAD is a plus and will be highly regarded.
· Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
· Venture into the field to take accurate measurements of existing buildings, a fundamental step in creating as-built drawings.
· Use your artistic skills to generate stunning 3D renderings, providing clients with a visual understanding of both interior spaces and exterior elevations of buildings.
Qualifications:
Education: A degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
· Provide a portfolio showcasing your architectural design work, highlighting your skills in 3D rendering, plan creation, and detail-oriented projects.
· Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to architectural design, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with team members and clients.
