Program Manager

Location: Fort Mill, SC
Duration: Fulltime

Position Summary:

Program Manager is responsible for managing and delivering our project's digital lifecycle. This role is a technical program/project manager that partners with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our products are delivered within quality standards, on time and on budget. Our Program Manager should be able to closely manage our third party vendor development team that provides our program coding services and be technologically and business savvy enough to have an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. This role sits in our Fort Mill, South Carolina Corporate Headquarters and reports into the Vice President of Digital Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver project's digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure, develop and implement digital projects
- Manage budgets and project costs across all Internet of Clean tracks/digital projects
- Create digital program standards, manage against these standards and update as needed
- Develop detailed project plans for Client digital products, monitor progress and provide end to end project management
- Create governance for timely reporting project status to senior leadership
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Partner with development teams and manage and track their schedules and plan
- Own and manage project budget and financials
- Manage third party vendors to ensure all members are on track with delegated tasks, work is completed per Statement of Work (SOW), contracts, etc. and associated metrics/KPIs met
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all members are on track with delegated tasks

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering) or equivalent experience (at least 10 years)
5-10 years of prior work experience working with Agile Scrum process and principles, driving and supporting Software Development Lifecycle and managing projects and/or programs on Azure and other Microsoft technology
Minimum of 5 years serving as an Agile Product Owner in digital/technology space managing multimillion dollar budgets
At least 5 years managing third party vendors

Additional Qualifications:
- Strong capabilities in project planning, execution and program management capabilities, Certified in Project Management preferred
- Prior experience managing programs and stakeholder feedback
- Attention to detail - Should be able to develop accurate written project plan materials and budgets
- Collaborative team player - Should be able to establish solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Action orientated - Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes and influence others to do the same
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment Should be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong business acumen
- Should have good understanding of software product ecosystem
- Strong strategic acumen, customer orientation and result orientation.
- Professional communication skills Should be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors in a collaborative manner that fosters streamlined project execution
- Professional and effective facilitation skills - Should be able to facilitate group discussions pertaining to project scope and associated costs
