Marketing Specialist:

We are working with our Kansas City-based client to find a Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our client's marketing strategies. You will collaborate with a talented team to plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of delivering results and contributing to the growth of our client's brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience
  • Create and curate engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email, blog posts, and more
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
  • Manage and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and developers, to create marketing collateral and assets
  • Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles with fresh content
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • An online portfolio or website showcasing work
  • 2+ years minimum proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
