Marketing Specialist:

We are working with our Kansas City-based client to find a Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our client's marketing strategies. You will collaborate with a talented team to plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of delivering results and contributing to the growth of our client's brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience
Create and curate engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email, blog posts, and more
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
Manage and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and developers, to create marketing collateral and assets
Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles with fresh content
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
An online portfolio or website showcasing work
2+ years minimum proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
