Junior Graphic Designer We're on the lookout for an imaginative and skilled Junior Graphic Designer to become a part of our Kansas City agency client's dynamic team. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include crafting designs that align with client requirements, collaborating with the senior graphic designer, and enhancing design-related tasks. The perfect candidate will possess a robust portfolio, innovative concepts, a sharp attention to detail, and the capacity to produce imaginative designs that resonate with the company's mission.

Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and ideas
Use graphic techniques to create drafts
Produce logos, banners, and interfaces
Pitch creative concepts
Collaborate with the team to launch projects
Use feedback from other designers to improve and grow

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
This is a collaborative work environment, Mon-Fri onsite with our client
Online portfolio showcasing graphic design work
1-2 years of working experience as a graphic designer
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work well within a team
A talent for creativity and problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adeptness with leading design software packages
A determination to achieve and succeed
Agency experience required
