Project Coordinator

Connexa is a leading mobile towers and passive infrastructure business in New Zealand, operating a nationwide portfolio of over 2,400 mobile sites. Our mission is to enable a more connected digital future for Aotearoa New Zealand.

As the Project Coordinator at Connexa, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of site build and upgrade projects. You will work closely with the Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. This role is for a 12 month fixed term basis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of site build and colocation projects
• Support Project Managers in monitoring project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate and document project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
• Track and maintain project financials, including budgets and expenses
• Assist in the procurement of materials and services
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
