Attract, source, and conduct scripted screenings to assess potential candidates for the level of interest, technical skills match, qualifications, and compensation expectations
Use sourcing techniques to identify talent for a variety of different level positions
Work closely with the 360 Recruiting Team Lead to understand the ideal candidate profiles and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Format resumes into a specified format for submittals
Review job descriptions and post jobs on the website and job boards
Network and maintain relationships with key talent for short and/or long-term opportunities
Stay current on market trends, competitors within our industry and innovative sourcing strategies
Manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Be able to create unique Boolean search strings
Work closely and collaboratively within a team
