Responsibilities
We are looking for a positive attitude in a fast paced, environment. This position is often the first contact our customers have with our company, Customer Service skills and friendly/helpful demeanor are required! Must be self-motivated and organized! Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software are key to the success of this role as well
·High volume file management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate.
·Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information.
·Understanding the various roles of the service department to ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person.
·Lead and track the service departments accounts payable and accounts receivables.
·Full cycle invoicing, which includes invoicing clients for completed work, as well as AIA billing.
·Management and accurate documentation of vehicle inspection reports.
·Creating and closing subcontracts and submitting pay requests.
·Other duties as required.
What you bring
·Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role; Construction environment required.
·Invoicing, AP/AR experience
·Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
·Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
·Courteous, professional, and customer service oriented
