Role Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Sales is responsible for creating & executing on the company’s overall B2B sales strategy and goals. This individual will be on the senior leadership team and report directly to the CEO, Jason Wolfe. The SVP will be responsible for the existing business solutions sales teams and the yearly budget.
This role requires attendance at our office five days a week. Our offices are located in the Greentree Borough of Pittsburgh PA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall sales strategy for the company including market segment strategy, competitive differentiation, pricing, and customer offerings. This will be inclusive of outbound sales efforts associated with Wolfe Business Solutions: Reward & Loyalty products, Merchant Solutions, Card Linked Gifting platform and Print on Demand sales.
- Attract, train, and retain highly motivated team members who share our values of integrity, drive, caring, teamwork and excellence and possess a customer centric attitude.
- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with the finance, legal, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to achieve revenue goals.
- Accountable for achieving sales goals, tracking progress against revenue targets, and reporting out results in a consistent and easily digestible structure.
- Lead and orchestrate client prospecting efforts including tradeshows, industry events and client visits.
- Contribute to the company’s leadership team and strategic planning process to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
- Ten or more years as a proven leader in diverse sales leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
- Deep belief in customer centricity while maintaining a balanced partnership ecosystem
- Founder leadership mentality accompanied by an inspirational coaching style and hands-on approach, and very responsive
- Experience in building and scaling teams within hyper growth environments
- Ability to skillfully develop KPIs that motivate, measure, and support the exceeding of goals
- Comfort with assimilation into a cohesive executive leadership team combined with a willingness to speak freely and bring a fresh perspective
- Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals
- Desire to be part of a mission driven team that isn’t afraid to make mistakes
- Must understand the value face to face engagement and be comfortable traveling frequently
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM) and other sales productivity and optimization tools
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in related field
- Strong background and knowledge in fintech, loyalty/reward, payment processing or retail
