IT Logistics Procurement Coordinator II

• Support ITSNI Procurement of IT assets and accessories
• Support ITSNI internal groups – Engineering teams; Infrastructure teams; Vendor Management team; and some of the other units within ITSGC and ITS
• Work with project managers procurement request; Get competitive quotes from multiple vendors; review quotes and submit for project managers approval.
• On quote approval, create respective procurement request to create purchase order using in-house Admin portal (To submit purchase request) with all support documents
• Track procurement process request, till the PO is released to vendor
• Track purchase order with vendor on timely delivery within SLA
• On Purchase delivery, make sure goods receipt and invoice are processed
• Procurement related tracking reports
• Vendor management – Quarterly performance review meetings; SLA
• Standard operating procedures maintenance
• Procurement related files and directories and data maintenance
• ServiceNow Asset management and asset process life cycle and process flow.
• Building and collaboration with General services receiving team; Logistics procurement order receiving team; admin portal procurement team; ITSNI and other project managers; accounts payable team
• Involve the key players in identifying operating needs, issues, and solutions

• Understanding of technologies Network Infrastructure and Network, and Audio/Video devices; Communication links and type of technologies.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel; Power Point; Word) and Share Point
• Knowledge/Experience of SAP and ServiceNow (Asset Management)
• Good understanding of Asset Management (Asset life cycle)
• Ability to assess requirements and initiate and complete task or project with little or without guidance
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
• Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
• Ability to apply problem-solving skills to evaluate and solve problems effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a multinational team environment and build effective working relations with clients, colleagues, and vendor
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload, and remain flexible in an environment of constantly changing priorities
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Willingness to seek advice or assistance from the Bank’s technical staff, when necessary
• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Information Technology and Finance (Basic accounting; Procurement knowledge)
• Experience with technical reporting and management tools, such as ServiceNow, SAP, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
• Extensive experience in Excel in advance functions as Pivot tables; Analytics charts; report formatting; lookup tables/tabs.
