If so, we are looking for a passionate Senior User Experience Designer to to lead our FinTech and banking design efforts at e-conomic. You'll be joining team on a mission to streamline the payment process from invoice receipt to paying and bookkeeping. </p><p>Cross-collaboration is key, which means you daily will be working closely together in a product trio (UX, PM and Tech lead) and other stakeholders to improve existing workflows, develop new features and solve problems for our users. In other words, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty and love a good challenge.</p><p>Besides improving Visma e-conomic as a product, you will join forces together with the rest of our skilled user experience designers to mature our design system and user panel, improve the customer journey and spread the UX spirit!</p><p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Be part of a supportive centralised UX team of 14, that strive to evangelise UX and always push for a design thinking approach.</li><li>Work closely with developers, business analysts and product managers to align expectations and ensure that the customers' voices are embedded in our decision-making. </li><li>Apply your UX toolbox filled with different research techniques on how to get meaningful insights through qualitative and quantitative research.</li><li>Join forces with our design system team to ensure consistent user experience across our applications.Test and validate ideas, hypotheses and prototypes with our customers.</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You are passionate about understanding our customers' needs, behaviour and motivations. The users always comes first, and you strive to keep them at the centre of your design process in order to create solutions that are accessible, intuitive and enjoyable to use. </li><li>You are a curious soul who finds it interesting to know why people are using a product. You seek to get under the skin of our customers’ complexity and turn this complexity into a solution that meets the users needs. </li><li>You have experience working as an UX generalist with a strong track record of end-to-end design processes. Additionally you might have some experience working as a UX specialist in design systems, UI or UX research.</li><li>You are self-motivated and responsible, capable of independently solving problems with your product trio and making decisions while also receiving guidance from your team lead.</li></ul><p><strong>You’ll be successful in this role, if you have:</strong></p><ul><li> 3+ years professional experience and a proven track record of your previous work.</li><li>You are excellent at communicating in English (written and oral) and Danish (oral).</li><li>You have experience designing enterprise/B2B/SaaS products.</li><li>Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Practical experience with different ideation and research methodologies. You are data-driven and skilled at using research and testing to inform your design decisions.</li><li>A collaborative mindset. You can facilitate, structure and drive workshops. Strong communication skills. You are visualising your ideas and processes to ensure your work is clearly understood.</li><li>A creative mindset and a can-do attitude.
