If so, we are looking for a passionate Senior User Experience Systems Designer to lead and evolve our design system efforts at e-conomic. You'll join a team on a mission to advance, evangelise, and mature a robust design system that empowers designers and developers to build consistent user experiences.</p><p dir="ltr">For this role, collaboration is key, which means you will be working closely in a product trio (UX, PM, and Tech Lead) and other stakeholders to improve existing components and patterns, develop new ones, and solve complex problems for our users. Besides improving the Visma e-conomic design system, you will join forces with the rest of our skilled user experience designers to improve the customer journey and spread the UX spirit!</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be part of a supportive centralised UX team of 14 that strives to evangelise UX and always pushes for a design thinking approach.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to align expectations and ensure that the customers' voices are embedded in our decision-making.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Own the design system documentation and guidelines, ensuring they are always up-to-date and accessible to all teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure the scalability of the design system by building components that can be reused and adapted across different products and platforms.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Drive the adoption of the design system across the organization, providing guidance and support to other designers and developers.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Apply your UX toolbox filled with different research techniques to gain meaningful insights through qualitative and quantitative research.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Test and validate ideas, hypotheses, and prototypes with our customers.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are passionate about building out design systems and creating solutions that are accessible, intuitive, and enjoyable to use.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have a deep understanding of atomic design principles and know how to break down complex UI elements into reusable components.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are meticulous about maintaining design consistency and can effectively communicate the importance of this across different teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are a curious soul who finds it interesting to know why people are using a product. You seek to get under the skin of our customers’ complexity and turn this complexity into a solution that meets the users' needs.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have experience working as a UX designer on a design system with a strong track record of end-to-end design processes.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are self-motivated and responsible, capable of independently solving problems with your product trio and making decisions while also receiving guidance from your team lead.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>You’ll be successful in this role if you have:</strong><br></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">3+ years of professional experience and a proven track record of your previous work.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in maintaining and scaling a design system within a growing organisation.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You are excellent at communicating in English (written and oral) and Danish (oral).</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You have experience designing enterprise/B2B/SaaS products.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"> Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Practical experience with different ideation and research methodologies. You are data-driven and skilled at using research and testing to inform your design decisions.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A collaborative mindset. You are able to facilitate, structure, and drive workshops.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong communication skills. You are visualising your ideas and processes to make sure your work is clearly understood.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A creative mindset and a can-do attitude.
