Read more below and apply to join Columbus as a Senior CXE Consultant and be part of our new Business Line in Denmark 👇 👇 👇 </p><p style="text-align:justify;"></p><p> </p><h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>As Senior CXE Consultant</strong></h4><p style="text-align:justify;">As a CRM Business Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in identifying customers current and future business needs, participate in delivering upon these needs, secure timely delivery within customer projects, provide consultancy services and industry best practice expertise to ensure successful, high-quality implementations in a role as our customers trusted advisor. </p><p style="text-align:justify;">With reporting to the CXE Market Unit Director you and your colleagues will together build the strongest Danish team with global support from peers in Sweden, Norway, UK, and India. </p><p style="text-align:justify;"></p><p> </p><h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>In the position, the responsibilities include but are not limited to</strong></h4><ul><li>Act as trusted digital advisor within Sales, Service and Marketing processes</li><li>Perform detailed functional analysis and help deliver solution design and blueprint</li><li>Take part in configuring Dynamics 365 CXE (Field Service, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service &amp; Marketing) environment to match the customer requirements </li><li>Create credible estimates and project delivery schedules </li><li>Involvement in pre-sale activities such as high-level scoping and proof of concept demonstrations.</li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"></p><p> </p><h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h4><ul><li>Excellent business acumen and min. 5 years of documented experience. Preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Field Service, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service &amp; Marketing), but experience with other CRM solutions is also qualifying</li><li>Relevant education – Preferably bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or IT</li><li>Full professional proficiency in both Danish and English is required.</li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Based on your experience we know that being proactive, service-minded and solution oriented is embedded in your work approach, and that you enjoy creating relations both with customers and clients as well as your colleagues. We are looking for you who like to work structured and have an eye for both detail and quality.
