Role - Search Engine (SEM) Marketing Specialist
Rate - $74.07/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $11.10/HR)
Duration - 12 Month Assignment (possible extension)
Location - Long Island City, Queens NYC (5-10 minutes away from Midtown NYC)
The primary objectives of the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) include:
• Design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to drive significant profitable account volume through the Paid Search Channel.
• Develop strategies for enhancing program management effectiveness and support initiatives with Search Publishers like Google & Yahoo to help achieve maximum account acquisition impact.
• Manage process for deploying campaigns as well as proactively suggest and implement process improvements.
• Manage trafficking/drive calendar to ensure timely & flawless execution of banners and content, product additions/removals, pricing changes and key testing /optimization initiatives
• Manage channel analytics, including results/variances, providing insightful analysis of trends and key performance measurements
• Identify new opportunities for further channel expansion, size potential impacts, and communicate recommendations to Management
• Support pre and post-live quality assurance reviews of placements on the various search engines. Participate in creative development and trafficking updates. Review QA logs and ensure appropriate archiving of all documentation.
• Maintain an understanding of industry and company legal, regulatory and compliance rules and regulations.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
• 3-5 years project management or marketing experience
• 3+ years in Digital Marketing
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Exception project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
• Extremely rigorous attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and service oriented attitude
