Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: near Franklin, MO
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (M-TH 2-10 PM & FRI 7:30 AM – 2 PM) OR Overnight (SUN-TH 10 PM – 6 AM)
Salary Offered: 2nd Shift: $35-$36/hr. // Overnight Shift: $37-$38/hr.
Bonus Potential: Quarterly & Annual Bonus Potential (for both shifts)

Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician (industrial manufacturing exp. req.) Description
Our client, an industrial manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to add to their team just a few minutes outside of Franklin, MO. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment and performing preventative maintenance checks to ensure targeted production and quality standards. You’ll be working on motors, gearboxes, and pumps while also supporting electrical based equipment including conveyer systems. That’s why a strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical knowledge is a must to be chosen for this role. Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician (industrial manufacturing exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Evaluate industrial equipment including motors, pumps, and conveyors
• Provide technical support to maintain and upgrade systems
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems
• Sustain maximum production and quality
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and inspections
• Examine equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime
• Inform plant manager of repeated equipment malfunctions
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs
• Support Maintenance Supervisor with additional tasks as needed
Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician (industrial manufacturing exp. req.) Qualifications
• 3+ years of maintenance experience within an industrial setting required
• Experience with high-voltage systems required
• Background troubleshooting mechanical systems required
• Basic electrical skills including diagnostic required
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment required
