The Client Success team is in close contact with our clients, and responsible for understanding their marketing needs and offering relevant advice. Excellent communication with the client will be your and your team's number one priority!

Your main responsibilities:

We are looking for a Campaign Manager who will be working very closely with the EMEA team based in Bucharest and Eindhoven. You have the chance to be involved in creating reports for the online marketing campaigns and work with professionals in the international higher education industry. Also, you will learn to use our systems and procedures, to help with the campaigns implementations and monitoring.

• Online promotional campaign implementation, monitoring and optimisation, as well as explaining the results to the client.
• Constantly collaborating with the regional sales teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Developing lasting relationships with the university representatives to better fulfil their marketing needs for student recruitment.
• Using specific tools to manage the daily workload.

Requirements

• You preferably have a university degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (or any other relevant field).
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Good prioritization & time management skills.
• You are keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills.
• You are able to get in the shoes of prospective international students.
• You are a team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun.
• Work experience in a client-facing role such as sales/ account management is a plus.
• Based in Bucharest area, we offer a hybrid work model with 1-2 days a week based out of our office
