You’ll be in charge of coordinating and executing driver engagement programs, in collaboration with local marketing, local operations, and public policy teams and the brand’s communication across our social media channels, including Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Establishing and actively managing driver forums online (Facebook or WhatsApp).</point>
• <point>Collaborating with internal stakeholders (local operations and public policy) to host online or in-person Q&A events.</point>
• <point>Coordinating with local marketing and operations on the creation and execution of driver communications calendar and driver engagement events.</point>
• <point>Assist in communicating about and executing driver reward programs.</point>
• <point>Relay sentiment from driver surveying and events to assist Public Policy in anticipating potential opportunities or risks.</point>
• <point>Flag potential viral cases to customer service, operations and marketing colleagues.</point>
• <point>Working closely with other departments (Customer Support/Operations/PR)</point>
• <point>Coordinate local safety responses across Social Media Contribute to increased instances of positive driver/rider PR.</point>

• <point>Advanced understanding of social media platforms, and their features (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) </point>
• <point>Strong experience with social management platforms, such as Emplifi. </point>
• <point>Experience organizing in-person and online events.</point>
• <point>Basic understanding of CMS, and CRM systems (WordPress, CleverTap, Mailchimp, etc.).</point>
• <point>Excellent communication and project management skills.</point>
• <point>Ability to think analytically in generating simple reports.</point>
• <point>Flawless written and spoken Romanian & English.</point>
• <point>Organized and detail-oriented.</point>
• <point>Creative writing and thinking skills.</point>
• <point>Ability to work independently and to collaborate as part of a team.</point>
