Banking Operations Associate
Pay rate: $20/hr W2

12 months contractThe Shareworks Services & Operations Associate is responsible for account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research for the Brokerage @ Work business. Associates are responsible for various functions in Operations which could include correspondence, reports, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, processing and investigating payments, correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc. Associates are required to meet production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
*Computer proficiency including, but not limited to:
Windows
Microsoft Office
Internet and Website Knowledge and navigation skills

*Technical Support skills a plus

*College Degree is preferred
*A desire for a career in Financial Services is a must.
