The Global Fulfillment team (GF) at *** is responsible for servicing all commercial client information files (CIFs), deposit & investment products, online banking, and cash management services. Our Client On-Boarding team is driven to meet client needs and support their global banking experience through an accurate and timely servicing of their deposit products and services.
A Client Service Advisor I (CSA I) is an integral part of a production team responsible for supporting internal business partners in fulfilling client requests. A CSA I works alongside a large team across multiple regions and through an array of different systems. Global Fulfillment is a highly adaptable and resilient team in a changing work environment, is collaborative, and open to new ideas and fluid workflows.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Delivering an excellent client experience by providing a timely and accurate servicing of client records for the commercial bank.
Supporting client financial needs through proper maintenance of deposit accounts and online banking services.
Providing accurate and clear operational guidance to clients and internal business partners consistent with regulatory requirements, bank policy, and department procedures
Processing approximately 200-300 client requests per month while maintaining an accuracy rate of ***% or higher
Adherence to tight service level agreements on client requests
Ability to research simple to moderately complex requests and communicate to business partners a timely resolution of client inquiries
Flexibility with hours of support and coverage
May support tasks related to regulatory monitoring of accounts as needed

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Prefer 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry, knowledge of deposit operations is a plus
