This role is tasked with delivering best in class client service; executing end to end influencer and UGC marketing campaigns across a variety of brands, media agencies and platforms. You will report directly to an Account Director, assisting client growth and retention under the Business Director of Partnerships.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>3 best things about the job</strong><br></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Partnering with a large variety of clients across different verticals</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Working with an amazing team!</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Working in close collaboration with the world’s largest social platforms</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><br></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support the Account Director by being the delivery focussed driving force; creating timelines, creator briefs and treatment decks and ensuring the team is proactively sharing internal updates on campaign status.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Helping to build and foster strong client relationships, manage expectations and share updates and actions</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Oversee and manage your respective campaigns internally, using TikTok’s platform TTCX, our platform Waves and ensuring the wider team have accurately uploaded content and organised creator payments on our team Monday.com boards</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead on creating campaign case studies and Post Campaign Analysis reports where applicable, demonstrating an ability to convert data and campaign insights into key learnings &amp; able to confidently present to clients</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">First port of call for the team for any campaign delivery related issues are presented, and to be the filter to escalate to the Account Director where necessary and appropriate.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist the Account Director on thought provoking creative strategy and campaign execution tactics</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">An exceptional performer and highly organised &amp; effective leader focused on continuously improving client service and delivery for high impact results</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Team line management of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives within the team, inclusive of daily management tasks, training and personal development plans</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>What you will need:</strong><br></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in Influencer Marketing is mandatory</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">4-5+ years working in an agency or brand within influencer marketing, advertising, social, media and/or creative</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Multilingual language capabilities is preferred, but not mandatory</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in client account management and creator management</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in delivering post-campaign analysis</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in delivery of UGC branded content, for brands to achieve paid performance across social platforms.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understanding of paid media, objectives, KPIs and strategy</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment terms</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">High energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritise across several projects</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>A few of our core benefits:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Remote working model</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Enhanced Parental Leave policies</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Private Health Insurance</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Wellness programmes and resources</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">For more information on our benefits, perks and what makes us unique, please visit our website <a href="https://www.influencer.com/careers">here</a></p><p dir="ltr">At Influencer, we’re committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion.
