Your role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to take complete ownership of our highest-performing product vertical: Midnite Casino. You’ll play a primary role in the success of this product and, therefore, the entire business. You’ll take the lead in driving our Casino product to excellence from the core gaming end to experience, to researching and building out Product USPs.
- From Discovery to Delivery. End to End ownership of Midnite Casino
- Spearhead Midnite’s evolution of” Real Money” and “Free to Play” Gaming by exploring new ways to play and entertain
- Full ownership of the Casino & Gaming Roadmap.
- Take the lead in Gamification solutions across the entire Midnite Product
- Be hyper focused on developing a highly engaging, high retention experience
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver world class products
- Be a champion of a Product-led environment, putting the users first.
- Work directly with Head of Product to develop a long-term, game changing Product Strategy
- With over 40+ Game Providers, you’ll build strong relationships with 3rd parties and key business stakeholders
- Regular reporting of Product KPIs to Stakeholders and Department leads.
You should apply if:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience within Casino, Social Casino, Gaming and/or Gamification frameworks
- You embrace the fast-pace, always delivering, always improving start-up environment in an ultra-competitive industry
- You have near-obsession with understanding the user
- You live and breathe data; Making informed decisions with data and always looking for ways to obtain it
- You have a ruthless ability in prioritisation
- You are an excellent communicator, understanding your audience when covering complex areas to a variety of audiences
- You have a strong ability to improvise when the unexpected inevitably comes at you.
- You have an interest in any of the following: Gaming, Online Casinos, Free to plays, Social Gaming, Esports, Sports betting
- You have a relentless desire to learn
