Role - Analyst
Rate - $34.81/hour (w2)
Duration - 5 months
Location - O'fallon, MO
Create applicable user and tool documentation to support compliance requirements, provider user instructions and document business rules/logic.
Develop analytical and reporting tools to support capacity/resource management processes for Mortgage Originations. Evaluate existing tools and databases and redesign/develop new database and supporting models to streamline process, optimize architecture and provide enhanced functionality. Collaborate with existing MIS/Reporting team and other business partners to understand data sources/structures and to develop new tools that align with current technology and structure. Manage all aspects of the project to achieve business objectives within targeted timelines.
Experience/Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in mortgage, accounting, finance, or other business related analysis background.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certification
• Experience with business analytics
• Advanced knowledge of database development utilizing: PL/SQL, VB, Access, Excel.
• Experience with database management, programming and report writing techniques.
• Knowledge of capacity planning methodology preferred.
• Process and/or project management experience preferred •
