About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Planner to join our Industrial Division. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this Hybrid role is based out of our Chirnside Park site 2-3 days per week.

What You’ll Do: 

In this newly created role, you will:

• Make a difference: work to achieve target levels of stock availability and inventory to support growth and profitability strategies.
• Innovate and solve problems: understand and utilise key drivers of demand trends, safety stock & supplier performance to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate: develop collaborative relationships with vendors to improve and simplify the planning process, resulting in optimum lead-times and vendor delivery performance.
• Continuous Improvement: actively continue to all continuous improvement and simplification initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with stock control, supply planning processes and systems (Pronto & Excel)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust and relationships
• A strong attention to detail, with demonstrated data analysis skills
• An understanding of manufacturing processes and logistics is considered favourably
