Responsibilities:
• Candidate is responsible to carry out Reliability analysis activities like Life Data Analysis, Reliability Block Diagrams, Reliability Theoretical Calculation and FTA.
• Evaluate field performance of allocated products by analyzing field data. Investigate and evaluate product field problems and nonconforming product.
• Develop and Improve data collection tools, methods and processes for generating failure rates and other product performance data.
• Establish WTG spare parts strategies with focus on critical component.
• Provide periodic updates to reliability tools, Bug fixes and Maintenance of Dashboards, visualisations, templates etc.
• Provide technical support to End users - Design for Reliability & Post production root cause analysis.
• Collect customer feedback and Develop case stories, Maintain Best Practises
Qualifications & Functional Competencies :
• 3 to 5 years of experience with M.Tech/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Reliability Engineering or Certified Course from American Society for Quality (ASQ) in Reliability Engineering.
• Preferably have a background in DFR & Post production analysis or relevant experience
• Working experience in reliability Software tools - Reliasoft, R Programming or similar in the Industrial sector
• Knowledge on DMAIC Six Sigma Methodology (Yellow/ Green Belts)
• Basic understanding of Business Case & Commercial acumen.
• Be a dynamic career driven individual who can work autonomously and yet appreciates the value in working in teams
• Working experience of R&D and or Engineering company is preferred
• Exposure to Wind Turbine/Heavy Machinery Industry domains is advantage.
