The Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Support Paraprofessional (IHP) will support the structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. You will work closely with a Master’s level clinician to coach and model the implementation of the families’ individualized treatment plan.

The Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Support Professional will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients to increase their skills building in their own community!

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
· Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
· Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with (ASD) autism spectrum disorder
· Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation:

· Full-time: Salary

QMHP: $60,000 - $65,000

LPHA: $70,000 - $75,000
