Rate Range: $20-$21/hr




Job Description:
Top 3 Skills:

  • Familiar with MS Suite (Office 365),
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excel skills (moderate),
  • Remote/Onsite: Remote - 50 miles from Phoenix or Beaverton Location
Responsibilities:
  • Program Execution – Act as back-up to Senior Project Coordinator, Reporting, to continually meet reporting requirements (support ticket creation and management, deadline management and tracking, client status reporting and other necessary communication, and coordinates with the various operational teams) to deliver all reporting deliverables on time and at the highest quality standards
  • Operating Standards – Participate in the development, and implementation of a set of standards by which all Reporting staff operate to create a best in practice culture that allows for similar level of service regardless of the staff assigned
  • Research & Communication – Research reporting inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with client, and/or other operational departments, research process issues and effectively communicate with project teams and other operational departments
  • Reporting & Documentation – Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance
  • Towards this goal, the PC will work with the Program Manager and Senior Project Coordinator continually enhancing service quality standards to meet and/or exceed client expectations.
  • This position is responsible for fostering a team environment and building cooperation between client services team members, and other departments to provide the highest quality service standards.
  • A critical component of the job is to manage and resolve complex tasks.
 Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1+ year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, or Office365
  • Experience reviewing reports in production and test environments (preferred)
