What you'll do :

1. Manage US application counseling cases assigned (up to 15 cases per year)

a. Craft long-term strategies for counseling students to tackle all the elements of college applications: academics, extracurricular activities, essays, and recommendations.

b. Supervise students to complete all the related documents.

c. Essay development: brainstorm, review, and comment on students’ essay drafts

d. Prepare students for college admission interviews.

2. Manage students in our Profile Coaching program

a. Provide 1-on-1 mentoring for high school students throughout the year to help them discover their interests and passions, as well as keep them on track with school academics and activities.

b. Guide students on completing their passion projects

3. Lead education-related initiatives and ensure smooth operations

a. Our senior counselors have taken on initiatives, such as revamping our skills coaching program, overseeing the Thai medical program counseling program, and creating marketing campaigns for our online application platform.

What We Look For

● Have a Bachelor’s degree from top universities in the US or UK.

● Special consideration for graduates from STEM fields

● Be familiar with the US and UK college admissions process.

● Be passionate about life coaching and personal development.

● Have experience in taking initiatives within organizations or his/her own projects in the past.

● Be an excellent writer and a writing coach.

● (Special consideration) Have some experience working with high school students.

● (Special consideration) Have previous experience working for elite college admissions.
