<p dir="ltr">This is a really great opportunity for an igaming HR professional to join startup in Malta<br>Supported from the Group HQ in Turkey, the HRBP in Malta will enjoy a varied role "from A-Z" and will have the chance to help laying the foundation for the Maltese entity, which is a sportsbook for regulated markets. </p><p dir="ltr">The company has their Maltese Office in Paceville and they are currently 5 employees, looking to be a minimum of 25 within the year. </p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Role & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with HR abroad on shaping <strong>general HR</strong> processes</li><li>Manage the full<strong> recruitment</strong> process for roles in the Malta office with the backup from HR abroad </li><li>Onboarding / Offboarding</li><li>Organise regular employee <strong>training</strong> and training research</li><li dir="ltr">Act as a liaison between management and department</li><li dir="ltr">Receive, filter, and communicate complaints, requests, and concerns</li><li dir="ltr">Be involved with organising events and in staff engagement </li><li dir="ltr">Monitor leave, sick-leave, over-time, and assist with scheduling of shifts</li><li dir="ltr">Ensure processes and procedures are up-to-date and available for all members of staff</li><li dir="ltr"><strong>Payroll</strong> preparation (not actual processing)</li><li dir="ltr">Until the company has grown enough to warrant the employment of an office administrator, some office admin, petty cash, and ordering of goods will also fall under the responsibility of the HRBP</li></ul><p><strong>Education, skills & experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Qualified</strong> HR professional</li><li>Experienced with working with <strong>HR in Malta</strong></li><li>Min <strong>4 years</strong> experience in HR</li><li>Excellent recruiter!</li><li>Experience of working within<strong> igaming / fintech </strong></li><li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong>, both written and spoken </li><li>Fluent in <strong>Turkish</strong> and/or <strong>German</strong> would be ideal</li><li><strong>Passionate</strong> about HR, diversity & inclusivity</li><li>Capable of taking <strong>business-driven</strong> decisions</li><li>Interested in <strong>training and up-skilling </strong></li></ul><p><strong>About this role</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time Monday-Friday flexible office-hours</li><li>Office in St Julian's, Malta</li><li>Home-working flexibility depending on business requirements and performance</li><li>€42-54K depending on experience</li><li>Reporting to Head of Malta Ops + Director of HR in Turkey</li></ul><p>Please, apply with your detailed CV in English</p><p><br>*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU.
