Position: Staffing Sales Specialist - DC Metro Area
Supervision: Reports to Sr. Vice President of Operations
Status: Full-Time, based out of home office with considerable driving around DC metro area to prospective clients
Classification: Salaried (Exempt)

POSITION PURPOSE: Graham Staffing Sales Specialist- The Staffing Sales Specialist position requires at minimum two years of outside sales experience in Staffing / Recruitment.
- As Staffing Sales Specialist you will be responsible for outside sales involving calling, emailing, and driving in-person to prospective clients for full end-to-end client sales and account management. This position will sell our staffing solutions for clients, which include recruiting temporary employees, temp-to-perm professionals, and direct hire professionals in a broad range of positions. (We recruit technical, engineering, scientific, bilingual, IT, accounting, finance, legal, administrative, operations, human resources, marketing, front office, back office, specialized roles, and more.)
- This position will increase Graham brand awareness, visibility, target prospective clients, and do outreach in-person, via telephone, and via email, with a focus on setting up client meetings, offering Graham's services, and closing the sale. in order to create job openings for qualified job seekers in all professions. You generate revenue by focusing on creating income opportunities for applicants placed at client sites through temporary roles, temp-to-perm positions, and direct hire recruiting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling, face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities.
- Prepare recruiting team members for the recruiting process by providing detailed information on the client company, job requirements, timeline, and solution the client is seeking.
- Leverage creative and cost-effective lead development strategies and online tools to identify, win, retain, and grow a valuable client base.
- Maintain a schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with current and prospective clients to develop a thorough understanding of their corporate culture.
- Conduct quality control calls to all current clients once an employee has been placed and the sale has been closed.
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation and notes in CRM database on all client interactions and other sales activities.
- Manage all active accounts to ensure that they are kept current and pleased with every facet of our service to include: internal customer service, quality of employee provided, billing, etc.
- Handle all client communications in a timely fashion.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - 2 years minimum Staffing Sales experience. (Required)
- Skills and knowledge of marketing and launching company awareness campaigns. (Required)
- Strong written English communication skills (email is the primary means of communication at Graham) . (Required )
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). (Required)
- Understanding of staffing sales life cycle, from start to finish. (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation (with current vehicle registration and insurance). (Required)
- Ability and willingness to drive personal vehicle around DC, MD, VA for client prospecting, in-person sales outreach, and client meetings. (Required)
- Excellent client account management, writing, and oral communication skills. (Required)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Strong self-initiative, ethics, and solid professional judgment. (Required)
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Able to quickly assimilate technical information and offer solutions to meet client hiring needs. (Required)
- Working experience with JobDiva Application Tracking System is a plus.

- Daily travel to client sites and prospective companies for sales outreach.
- Occasional travel to participate in job fairs, staffing events, and community outreach events may be requested.
