Job Description: Candidates can either be local to Urbandale or Overland Park or Remote
If candidates are in Urbandale, IA or Overland Park, KS they are required to be onsite 3 days a week Tuesday - Thursday
If candidates are in another state they would work remote
Duration: through March 2024
1. Licensed in both property and casualty in all 50 states including DC
2. Sun-Tues, and Fri-Sat with Wed and Thurs as off days. Hours are 9-5:30 CST
3. Must like phones, customer service, and building rapport with client. Able to handle a fast pace environment working both inbound/outbound phone calls and e-mails between calls.
