People Operations Coordinator

Duties:

• Build processes, train users, increase functionality
• Project manage Workday integrations with Salesforce, Greenhouse and other tools
• Become the expert in Rubriks internal processes, from recruiting to HR to payroll, and get creative with ways that we can be more efficient and accurate
• Own additional software & tool rollouts, including running the RFP process, negotiation, internal decision making, implementation and user training
• Develop and facilitate training for all employees on our tools & processes
• Build analytics and reporting for our HR function and partners across the business

Skills:

• Experience building and managing a Workday system
• Cross functional project management experience
• Understanding of how to train end users to make Workday as easy to use as possible
• Knowledge of recruiting and/or payroll systems is a plus
• Experience in a rapid growth tech environment a big plus
