Manage their deliverable and act as a mentor to the team
Manage a team of 12 to 15 recruiters, Guide them, motivate them to achieve targets
Set targets for the team and ensure their delivery
Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT industry.
Must possess good email etiquettes
Must be good with social media hiring
Must be good with Linkedin, various job portals and platforms
Peoples person, must have demonstrated leadership qualities
Must have set and acheived hiring targets both for permanent and temp hiring.
Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.
Build a strong, dynamic and competent team by foreseeing demand pipelines.
Should have a rich experience in managing stakeholder
Should have prior experience in working with large volume of requirements and positions
Should hold good knowledge in identifying each position's requirements and make the team work towards that.

Accountability for designing and/or delivering to customer SLA's, monthly and quarterly business metrics
Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing our future leaders
Conduct daily, weekly huddles with team, cascading company and customer information as appropriate
