Job Summary
The SVP of Trade Sales provides leadership to the trade sales department and is responsible for building and managing the trade sales team for Crystal and spearheading all trade sales strategies to drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. This role will develop processes to effectively analyze the business environment, identify, and enhance performance, and understand competitors. The SVP of Trade Sales will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and drive innovation.

Work Environment
Works in a typical office environment with quiet-to-moderate noise generated by computer printer, fax machine and light traffic. Traveling will be required at least fifty percent (50%) of the time, including internationally.
Physical Demands
Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching. May require lifting or pushing up to 25 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone, and other office equipment.
Expected Hours of Work
The position is full-time and frequently requires working additional time outside of normal business hours.
Requirements
Education: bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.
