Data Warehouse Architect
12+ Months Project
Fort Wayne, IN (on site) Role and Responsibilities:
- Part of the Data Solutions Delivery Management team, responsible for the successful development and roll-out of new data solutions throughout the entire lifecycle, coordinating with offshore teams.
- Play a key role in driving communications with customers during discovery and development phases.
- Provide clear directions and plans to the Development team on different tracks of development.
- Develop and maintain a technology project plan outlining tasks, milestone dates, and statuses.
- Ensure completion of all project management deliverables and proactively manage project risks.
- Ensure integration among project team members and alignment with participating teams.
- Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely completion with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Mandatory Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience managing large-scale transformative projects.
- Approximately 15 years of experience in executing and implementing at least 2-3 end-to-end Data warehousing solutions.
- Enterprise Data migration solutioning experience.
- Architect ETL and DW solutions using the Microsoft stack.
- Hands-on experience in SSIS, SQL Programming.
- Consulting and solutioning experience related to data warehouse implementations.
- Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation.
- Hands-on experience in business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI). Power BI is preferred.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder and offshore team management skills.
- Able to work well across different teams and cultural backgrounds.
- Consulting and convincing skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Server virtualization.
- Prior experience in the Logistics Domain.
- Agile scrum experience.
