We are looking for a skilled Team Leader who will assist in guiding and managing our team. Your goal will be leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to help it achieve its goals. Your duties will include daily supervision, management, and motivation of team members.
We expect you to be a capable leader with excellent communication skills. It would help if you were proactive to ensure we work together and optimize team operations.
The main purpose of the job is to:
● Deliver the team target
● Deliver the required volume of effective coaching
● Deliver client service level agreements and team KPIs
● Manage and motivate the sales and quality performance of a team of up to 20 Tele sales CIS
● Ensure CIS are delivering individual sales targets
● Maximize productivity
● Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of
concern and opportunity
● Recommend and implement operational process and platforms improvement
● Appraise and develop staff
● Work towards and implement best practice
Person Profile
● Minimum of two years work experience
● Six (6) Months Call Center (Telemarketing) experience an asset
● Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (associates degree desirable)
● Successful management experience an asset
● Ability to lead and manage teams who are goal oriented in a team environment
● IT literate (Microsoft Office suite, CRM and Internet)
● Confident and influential communicator at subordinate, peer and management level
● Good managerial, operational and organizational skills
● Team oriented
● Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach
● Sense of responsibility and integrity
● Ability to manage difficult situations and the stress associated with them
