Job Summary
The crisis therapist is responsible for responding to crises in the Living Room either in-person or remotely. The crisis therapist will also assist with seeing clients short-term who are on the waitlist. This staff is responsible for clinical services provided to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned. The
clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.
This position requires on-call, after-hour Living Room crisis coverage for 90 days out of the Calendar year (including some holidays and covering Monday-Sunday) which is to be planned and scheduled with the crisis supervisor. This means that you need to be available and accessible on your planned days from 7am-9am and 8pm-midnight. On-call days are subject to change and be different from your normal work days and also allow flexibility to change on-call shifts if needed.
