Why we’re hiring:

This role will sit within our Lead Generation Team based in our Leeds Headquarters. Our team is responsible for identifying opportunities and grow our customer base into new markets through managing pipeline, navigate cold calling and finding solutions for prospective customers. They proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, generate interest in the product and highlight the added value and benefits it offers.

The role will be responsible for identifying potential new customers through methods of research to enhance initial customer interactions and build strong relationships from the start. We are looking for someone with an optimistic, high-energy approach who thrives in a fun environment where everyone has a voice

Our Lead Generation team drives significant growth for BigChange and consistently delivers results to achieve our company mission. In this fast-paced role, you'll be supported by a fantastic team culture focused on shared objectives.
