Why we’re hiring:
This role will sit within our Marketing Team based in our Leeds Headquarters. Our team is responsible for driving business growth for Big Change through amplifying our marketing efforts and fuelling our Inbound team with leads. This would include working across a range of digital channels such as: Marketing CMS (HubSpot), Website CMS (Webflow), Paid Media (LinkedIn, Facebook), SEO, Content and Broader Campaigns.
The role will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns while optimising performance and conducting SEO analysis. You will oversee and enhance Marketing CMS (HubSpot) and Website CMS (Webflow) management and collaborate with cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask effectively, excellent team collaboration, and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
If you have proven digital marketing experience, self-motivation, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing digital marketing campaigns, this role offers a gold mine of opportunity to bring your experience of “what good looks like” to the table and make a significant impact in the role.
What we’re looking for:
· Ability to oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns quickly and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
· Managing several digital marketing initiatives at once, using platforms like social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
· developing and implementing full-scale digital marketing campaigns
· Proficient in using Google Analytics to track, analyse, and report on website traffic and user behaviour for data-driven decision-making.
· Skilled in managing website content, including editing web pages and publishing blog posts, to keep the site current and engaging.
· Experience of compiling and interpreting performance metrics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and find opportunities for improvement.
· Excellent at identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing them accurately to ensure high-quality outcomes.
· well with team members, shares knowledge, and is open to feedback and new ideas to create a productive work environment.
· Motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities, taking ownership of tasks, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
· Keen to continuously expand technical skills and knowledge by mastering new digital marketing tools, platforms, and applications.
