We're looking for an additional Administrator to join our dynamic team, supporting contracts that spans Northeast England from our office in Team Valley. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the operation, providing essential administrative support to keep the programme running smoothly and on schedule. What We expect of you:
You will be responsible for updating the client, local authority, and GCU on the resource locations for the following day and uploading all safe dig information to Depotnet before issuing it to the relevant team. You will ensure compliance with all TTRO conditions, such as managing letters and laminates, and handle document uploads to both company and client systems. Additional tasks include assisting the noticing team by printing and issuing dim sheets, requesting PU prints from other utilities, issuing job packs with all safe dig documents, and maintaining Health & Safety records, including inductions and new starter forms.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be well-organized, able to work to deadlines, and capable of managing tasks efficiently. While no specific industry experience is required for the role, prior experience would be an advantage.
