Requirements
The Role
We are looking for an experienced building manager to oversee the daily operations of our London Head Office. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of building tenants, coordinating and managing maintenance and repair activities, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations.
To be successful as a building manager, you should have excellent organisational and project management skills and ensure that your assigned properties are in compliance with applicable regulations and building codes. A top-notch building manager should be able to respond to and resolve any issues reported by tenants efficiently.
