About the role

Teramind is seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Product to help drive the development and enhancement of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, employee productivity, and business process optimization with strong leadership skills to steer the product roadmap, foster innovation, optimize for the customer experience, and deliver world-class solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, internal approvals, release, analysis, and iteration
• Leads other product managers
• Provides and develops structure for projects and deliverables. This includes specifying user stories, building epics and prioritizing development efforts.
• Collaborate with a wide range of data scientists, data engineers and machine learning engineers to create robust and scalable solutions.
• Establishes strong relationships and collaborations across regions and business units, including technical and non-technical cross functional partners.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cybersecurity or business analytics, technologies, and trends. Previous hands-on experience in cybersecurity product development is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product management teams.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Customer Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and solving customer problems through innovative product solutions.
